We collect information that property managers, tenants, and applicants provide. This includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, property and lease details, and rental application information. We also collect messages sent through our contact form and the basic usage data needed to operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to operate the platform, respond to inquiries, and send service-related communications. These include rental application confirmations, lease and document updates, rent reminders, and maintenance updates.

SMS / text messaging

With consent, we send transactional text messages about a recipient's inquiry, property, application, lease, rent, or maintenance request. Recipients opt in only by entering their mobile number and checking the text-message consent box on our SMS opt-in form, on a rental application, or on our contact form. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of renting, applying, or any purchase.

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at support@propertyblender.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

Data sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform (for example, hosting, storage, email, and messaging providers) and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention & security

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it. For example, applicant Social Security numbers are encrypted and documents are kept in private storage.
