These Terms govern your use of Property Blender, the property management software operated by Property Blender LLC ("we", "us") at propertyblender.com. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Property Blender helps property managers manage properties, units, rental applications, leases, tenants, rent records, maintenance requests, and related documents. Account holders are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter. They are also responsible for complying with laws that apply to their rental business, including fair-housing and tenant-screening laws.

Accounts

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@propertyblender.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

SMS / text messaging terms

Program: Property Blender notifications. These are transactional messages about your inquiry, rental application, lease, rent, maintenance requests, and account.

Opt-in: by providing your mobile number and consenting (by checking the text-message consent box on our SMS opt-in form, on a rental application, or on our contact form), you agree to receive these messages from Property Blender LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no more texts are sent. Reply HELP for help, or email support@propertyblender.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We never sell or share your mobile number for marketing.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, send unsolicited messages, upload content you have no right to share, or interfere with the service's operation.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Property Blender LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
